Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and part specifications to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the clamping elements in their original protective casing and pack them securely in a shipping box to prevent thread damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at a certified logistics hub.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the integrity of the returned components, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
